This may be used with couscous, vegetables, chicken and many other dishes

2 tablespoons cornstarch
120ml cold water
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 crushed and chopped cloves garlic
360ml orange juice
120ml soya sauce, low sodium
1 tsp honey

Mix cornstarch and cold water together.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat oil and add garlic, orange juice, soya sauce and honey. Warm through.
Add cornstarch mixture to sauce and turn heat up to bring about a slow rolling boil.
Using a wooden or silicon spoon, stir sauce frequently until it thickens.
