This is a great Lebanese dressing for pitta bread dishes, meat, fish, shellfish and vegetables. It’s very quick and easy to make.
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
2 – 3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 – 3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
1 clove crushed garlic
Mix ingredients until thoroughly combined
