1. Booking Terms

1.1 If you book on an open course and decide not to attend but have already paid, we are unable to offer a refund with the exception of 1.5. However, transfer to a future course may be possible. A substitute candidate is acceptable at no additional cost.

1.2  We reserve the right to amend or cancel any event where circumstances are beyond our control. Delegates will be fully refunded or offered a substitute course.

1.3 Caboodle Food cannot be held responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred due to postponement, cancellation or amendment.

1.4 Course fees include course materials, refreshments, examination fee, certificate and lunch.

1.5 Bookings cancelled 20 working days or more from the first day of the course will charged at 50% of the course cost. Cancellation of delegate places must be notified in writing and the cancellation needs to be confirmed by Caboodle Food to ensure we are in receipt of the cancellation. Email notification is acceptable as long as you have received a confirmation of your cancellation notification from us.

1.6 No refund is payable 19 days or fewer from the first day of the course starting date. In these circumstances the delegate is liable for the full course fee.

1.7 Substitutions or name change is available, but the individual must comply with the course entry requirements and the substitution or name change needs to be agreed by Caboodle Food.

2. ID requirements

2.1 All candidates taking accredited courses (RSPH Food Safety or Nutrition) must produce photographic ID. Acceptable forms of ID include passport, driving license, NHS ID card.

3. Privacy

3.1 Caboodle Food is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This is how we use your information on our website.

3.2 We may collect the following information:

Your name and job title
Relevant contact information from you
Information from voluntary input for customer surveys

We require this information to comply with examination board requirements and also to enhance our customer service and products. We may contact you with offers or market research purposes with this information.

4. Security
4.1 We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure and to that end we have safeguarding processes in place to secure your information.

5. How we use cookies
5.1 A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site and your preferences. This enables us to use data to improve our website by identifying which pages are and are not used.

5.2 Analysing this data enables us to tailor it to customer needs. The cookies can be disabled on your computer it does not give us access to your computer or any data that you have not shared with us.

6. Third Parties
6.1 Unless required by law we will not share your personal information with third parties unless we have your permission. Your personal information may be used to send you promotional information if you have given us permission to do so.
