Diane has worked with schools to produce cookery school clubs including Saturday family clubs, and hands on classroom training materials for use by teachers in both primary and senior school settings.

Diane has also worked in schools in conjunction with many organisations including the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH), The Soil Association and county caterers to develop whole school plans and training materials. She has worked on school menus, trained contract and independent school caterers in nutrition and The Children’s Food Trust in addition to university caterers.
