Ingredients:
Natural or flavoured yoghurt
100g fruit approximately per person It may take the form of – Frozen fruit such as raspberries, mango or berries Or if in season fresh soft fruit such as raspberries, blackcurrants, strawberries.
Fruit juice such as apple or pineapple
Honey to taste if necessary

Method:
Place all ingredients except honey into processor/blender. Using the frozen fruit is fine it adds a lovely chill to the finished product. If necessary, sweeten to taste.
